A realtor's site built to turn visitors into calls: neighbourhood pages, separate buyer and seller paths, a relocation quiz, and a lead form.
How it works
Twenty hand-written HTML pages with no framework and no build step, so there is nothing to break and nothing to update. One lead handler runs on either Netlify or Vercel and tries a webhook, then a forwarder, then email, in that order.
The hard parts
Not many. This one is about restraint: a site that loads instantly and keeps working without maintenance beats a heavier one that needs looking after.
