Work

All eight projects.

Products we have built for clients, and a few of our own. Each one has a page with what it does, how it works, and the hard parts.

  1. Web and iOS · Vision model

    RentGrade

Grade an apartment before you sign the lease.

Renters photograph the apartment on the walkthrough, and RentGrade turns those photos into a graded condition report with every problem marked on the picture that shows it. We built the app, the backend, and the iOS release, and it went from Brad’s idea to the App Store in a month.

React 19 and Vite, Neon Postgres, S3, Capacitor with custom Swift, 168 tests.

Our product, on the App Store

  2. Video pipeline · Python

    Rossen Reports

A show script goes in. Cut clips come out.

Jeff’s team hands over a show script and gets back cut clips, ready for the edit. We built the pipeline that reads the script, searches the web and YouTube for matching footage, screens thousands of candidates, and cuts the best ones. We also built rossenreports.com, with its live government scam-alert feed.

Express on Vercel, Python, yt-dlp, ffmpeg, SQLite cache, 86 offline tests.

For Jeff Rossen, national consumer correspondent

  3. iOS · SwiftUI

    CarGrade

A used-car inspection with the proof in the photos.

Scan the VIN, photograph six areas, and CarGrade delivers a used-car inspection where every finding points at the photo that proves it. When the photos can’t support a call, it says so instead of guessing. We designed and built the iOS app.

SwiftUI, SwiftData, Swift 6 strict concurrency, no third-party packages, 89 tests.

Our product, iOS app launching now

  4. Web app · Shop workflow

    The Rod Lab

A custom rod shop’s whole workflow, from first email to build sheet.

A custom rod shop’s whole workflow in one place: customer requests, quotes, build sheets, and a parts library that remembers where every spec came from. We built it for DWC in five weeks, and it is in production at their shop.

Next.js 16, Supabase Postgres, row-level security, Resend, 50 pgTAP tests, Playwright.

    For DWC, in production

  5. Web app · Multi-tenant

    AviateOps

Scheduling, aircraft, and pilot records for flight schools.

Flight schools still run on whiteboards and spreadsheets. AviateOps handles scheduling, aircraft readiness, pilot documents, and currency in one system, with every school kept fully separate. We built it, and it is in preview with Aviator Training Palm Beach.

Next.js 16, Neon Postgres, Drizzle, row-level security, Better Auth, Vercel Blob, Resend.

Our product, in preview with Aviator Training Palm Beach

  6. Web · Newsroom system

    TownCore

A newsroom system for towns that lost their paper.

Small towns lost their newspapers. TownCore runs a network of local news sites from one system: it watches city hall, the schools, police, and local feeds, drafts the stories, and keeps an editor in the loop before anything goes out. The Peninsula Post in Tega Cay runs on it, with more towns configured behind it.

Next.js 16, Postgres, Drizzle, Claude via AI Gateway, Vercel Cron, Vercel Blob.

    Our product, in production

  7. Client site

    Pat Sells FL Homes

A realtor’s site that turns visitors into calls.

A realtor’s site built to turn visitors into calls: neighborhood pages, separate buyer and seller paths, a relocation quiz, and a lead form that filters out spam. Hand-built, no page builder, and it loads instantly. Live in two days.

Hand-written HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serverless lead handler.

For Pat Magno, Coldwell Banker Realty

  8. Publication · Tools

    The Rudd Report

Our own publication, with free research tools.

Our own publication and its toolkit: long-form reporting, a daily brief, and forty-four free research tools that need no account. We write it, design it, and build it.

    Next.js 16, React 19, D3, Leaflet, client-side EXIF parsing.
